Delivery terms and conditions

UK delivery

Deliveries to UK recipients in UK mainland are usually made between 7:00 am and 17:30 pm Monday to Friday at a cost of £5.00, depending on the service selected. A Saturday service is available to the majority of UK destinations for a fee of £12.00. Deliveries are typically between 7:00 am and 13:00 pm.

Non UK mainland, Rest of Europe and Outside Europe

International deliveries are made during standard business hours, which may vary from country to country. We will contact you direct to discuss and take payment for delivery as we pride ourselves on achieving the best possible cost that’s available. Please note that by proceeding to the payment page and submitting your order you accept our terms and conditions of sale and we do not accept  responsibility for  incorrect measurements that have been supplied. You also agree to accept our delivery charge is taken as a separate payment once we have contacted you with the exact price.

Delivery policy

We deliver to an address, not a named individual. When no one is available to accept the item, we will try and deliver the parcel to a neighbour, or to a local Post Office branch, where it will be held for 16 days. A card will be left informing the recipient of the attempted delivery and where the parcel can be collected from. For buildings with multiple occupancy the complete address must contain business name or department details and telephone number to allow a delivery to be completed. Please ensure that the recipient's telephone number is included for both UK and overseas deliveries.

Size and weight restrictions

The maximum size and weight limits for sending items within the UK are as follows: maximum weight: 30kg maximum length: 1.5 metres maximum combined length and girth of 3 metres there is no maximum multiple-item consignment weight limit for any UK service. Although in the majority of cases international size and weight restrictions are the same as the UK, they can vary depending on which country we are sending to. Should this be the case we will contact you separately.

  1. Your order will be dispatched within 10 days of receipt of your order unless advised otherwise by e mail
  2. Your order will be dispatched using Parcelforce.
  3. On dispatch you will receive an email confirming the same and giving you your unique reference which will enable you to track the progress of your parcel online.
  4. In the event you are not in then Parcelforce will automatically deliver your parcel to a local Post Office as advised to you by e mail.
